Critiques
One tiny nitpick: the left foreground rock is a tad distracting, is the only object that pulled me from the illusion of photo-realism.
Curious to know if you used a photo reference for this image: if so, you captured it well. If not, you have a glorious eye for detail.
Great job--this is an image one just wants to keep studying.
My critique are going to be based on architectural elements and quality of space so it might not be what you're looking for, but this really intrigues me.
I especially love how the ephemeral elements work here, especially how light falls and manifests itself onto the form of the building.
The use of whites against bold forms work well and combined with arches with flat tops give it a modernist atmosphere, similar to the techniques that Le Corbusier employs on his buildings (notably his villas). This is further enforced with the use of open planning, where there is the presence of inside/outside with the building boundaries as the <sliding>door? opens up into the outside elements.
The use of strong arches gives it a hint of classical architecture, but since its plain it gives an impression of a romantic modernist building. This I see is apparent especially with the use of the landscaping, where the surrounding vegetation makes me feel like the building is encompassed within the vision of the ruined world- one that is starting to recompose itself and manifesting itself onto the building(on Piranesian thoughts). To me, this building has the potential to even employ a rooftop garden given the form that its in.
The only thing that bugs me a bit is the fact the floor of the <foyer>? looks slightly vague compared to the bold and eminent forms the buildings has to offer. Then again, this is still a concept, so I probably shouldn't shoot this down based on that lol.
Overall, well done
